We accomplished a lot of yard work and updating on the farm yesterday, 03-10-12. Angie, Dora, Hannah, Zach, Josh and Noah did a lot of bush trimming,raking and general yard clean up, including the porch and pool deck. Dad measured and cut the metal for Shawn to put up on the old smokehouse roof. Shawn tore the old rusty roof off in about 15 minutes. Shawn also put on the new metal roof. He also had his first tractor experience, helping us clean up the branches and vines and dumping them on the burn pile. Today Dad and Tad measured out and flagged where the new barns would go. Quite a lot of ground they will be covering!
